LIBALOG

Delivery and transport · across all of North Rhine-Westphalia

We drive. For you. With you.

LIBALOG is an owner-run delivery and transport company from North Rhine-Westphalia. This website has two doors: one for everyone who needs something transported — and one for everyone who wants to drive.

Clients

Your shipments arrive. Every day, on fixed routes.

Last-mile delivery on behalf of large shippers, part and full loads nationwide, own fleet with own workshop. Fixed drivers, daily quality checks.

Drivers

Deliver parcels. Fixed route, fixed team, home in the evening.

We are always hiring. A class B driving licence is enough, work experience is not a must. Send us a short message — we will talk about the rest on the phone.

Where we drive

At home between the Niederrhein and the Ruhrgebiet.

We deliver from Hamminkeln, Kempen, Essen, Bottrop and Dortmund, and since September in the Aachen, Düren and Jülich area as well. Our head office is in Nettetal. We carry loads across all of North Rhine-Westphalia — and beyond when needed.

Services

Three things we really do.

We do not do a bit of everything. We drive, we deliver, we maintain our vehicles ourselves — and nothing else.

  1. Last-mile delivery Core business

On behalf of large shippers: pick up the vehicle and parcels at the depot, deliver during the day, wrap up in the evening. Fixed routes, fixed drivers, daily quality checks.

  2. Road transport

Part and full loads with our own vans, across NRW and all of Germany. You tell us what goes where — we get back to you with a quote.

  3. Own fleet, own workshop

Our vehicles belong to us and are serviced in our own workshop. That keeps the routes running and the vehicles in a condition you are happy to get into.

What a day looks like

Morning: depot. Daytime: route. Evening: home.

  1. Morning

    Depot

Pick up the vehicle, scan and load the parcels. The route is fixed, and so are the colleagues in the van next to you.

  2. Daytime

    Route

The same streets, the same stops, your own rhythm. If something goes wrong, dispatch calls you and helps.

  3. Evening

    Wrap up

Hand in vehicle and scanner, done for the day. No night shifts, no long-distance trips. You sleep at home.

Depending on the location, you start at 6:007:3010:0011:30 — almost always in the morning or late morning.

For drivers

Your day. Your vehicle. Your route.

We are always looking for drivers for our tours on the Niederrhein, in the Ruhrgebiet and in the Aachen area. So that nothing surprises you on day one, here is everything at a glance — including the hard parts.

Pay

What you earn

€16.20 per hour gross from day one, also during the probation period
  • Paid on time on the 15th
  • Performance bonus on top when your routes go well
  • Full-time or part-time
  • A bonus if you bring a colleague who stays

What you need

  • Class B driving licence
  • Enough German for us to understand each other
  • Being on time — the whole route depends on it
  • A work permit, if you do not have an EU passport

What you get

  • A permanent job, no freelance contract
  • Pay on time, on the 15th
  • Vehicle, work clothes and work phone from the company
  • Training on the route with an experienced colleague

We'd rather tell you up front

  • Start between 6:00 and 11:30 — and the afternoon is yours
  • In, out, carrying. If you want to sit for eight hours, this is not it
  • Rain, heat, snow — the tour runs anyway

Write to us. Two sentences are enough.

Name, where you live, driving licence — that is all we need for the first contact. We call you back.
