The job

What you actually do here

A van stands at the loading dock of the depot early in the morning

Go to the depot, pick up the vehicle, load your route, drive off. Depending on the location, you start at 6:00, 7:30, 10:00 or 11:30 — almost always in the morning or late morning. During the day, stops in the city and the surrounding area, back in the evening, hand back the vehicle, done. No night shifts, no long-distance trips, home every evening.

What you need

  • Class B driving licence, held for at least six months
  • Enough German for us to understand each other
  • Being on time — the whole route depends on it
  • A work permit, if you do not have an EU passport

  • A permanent job, no freelance contract, no fake self-employment

We'd rather tell you up front

  • Depending on the tour you start between 6:00 and 11:30. Start early and the afternoon is yours.
  • In, out, carrying: this job keeps you moving. If you want to sit for eight hours, we are the wrong place.
  • Rain, heat, snow — the tour runs anyway. Your van is heated, air-conditioned and from our own fleet, with our own workshop behind it.
  • Being on time is not a phrase here: the whole sequence at the depot depends on it. In return you can count on your pay being there on the 15th.

Pay

What you earn

€16.20 per hour gross from day one, also during the probation period
  • Paid on time on the 15th
  • Performance bonus on top when your routes go well
  • Full-time or part-time
  • A bonus if you bring a colleague who stays

Gross means: before taxes and social security contributions. What you take home depends on your tax class — we will gladly work it out for you during the callback.

We speak your language

Training and safety briefings are available in German, English, Ukrainian, Romanian, Polish and Turkish. Even more languages are spoken in the team. Anyone who only half understands a briefing has not been briefed — that is why we do it this way.

What applicants ask us most often

Do I need experience?

No. We show you the route. For the first few days, an experienced colleague rides along.

How good does my German need to be?

Good enough for us to understand each other. Training is also available in English, Ukrainian, Romanian, Polish and Turkish.

Which driving licence do I need?

Class B, held for at least six months. Nothing more.

How long is the probation period?

Six months, as usual. The pay is the same during the probation period.

When can I start?

After the callback and a paid trial day, usually within two weeks.

Do I get a vehicle?

Yes. Vehicle, work clothes and work phone come from the company.

Is part-time possible?

Yes. We are mainly looking for full-time drivers, but part-time works — tell us during the callback.

I do not have an EU passport. Can I still apply?

Yes, with a work permit. If you are unsure, ask us — we know how things work with the immigration office (Ausländerbehörde).
